Cut from quality steel, buffed and then finished by hand with red and blue anodized paint which allows the metal to show through.  We then clear coat it to protect it from outside elements.  The wavy American flag can be any size and can be made up to 4 foot tall.  Every American needs one of these in their home.  They also make perfect gifts.
